Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Exchanges

4. European Union Cooling-Off Period EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return their order without justification, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
